How do I order something?

Send us an enquiry by filling in our form at the bottom of the page and we will contact you as soon as possible.
How far in advance do I need to book for my cake?

Generally, we need 3 months notice for wedding cakes and 3 weeks notice for custom cakes.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do. We ask for 50% deposit for all wedding cakes to confirm the order and the remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date. We ask for 30% deposit for all other orders to confirm the order and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the said event date. Please note: Deposit on wedding cakes can be refunded for a change of mind 2 months prior to your wedding date. Deposit on all other orders are non-refundable.

Do you offer cake samples?

Yes, we have a cake sampler box that can be delivered across Metro Melbourne! Please send us an email to order.
Do you have private tasting sessions for wedding cakes?

Yes, we do. We offer a private consultation to prospective wedding clients which consists of tastings of 6 different cake flavours. During the session, we will discuss the design, desirable flavour and everything wedding related. Bring someone along to enjoy the magical moment.
Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver the cakes for a fee. Please use the enquiry form to know more.
